FCT non-lubricated plug valves use a lined or sleeved plug design, typically with PTFE, TFM, or elastomeric materials, to eliminate the need for grease injection. The plug rotates inside the sleeve, allowing for low-torque operation and leak-free shut-off—even in corrosive, high-purity, or hazardous service.
This design is ideal where cleanliness, low maintenance, and chemical compatibility are critical, such as in pharmaceutical, food-grade, and waste treatment systems.
