FCT PTFE lined ball valves feature a full port design with a precision-molded PTFE (or PFA) liner that covers the entire wetted surface, including the body cavity, ball, and stem interface. This makes them ideal for use in acidic, caustic, and ultra-pure fluid services where metal contact must be avoided.
The floating ball design ensures low-torque operation and bubble-tight shut-off. Available in manual or automated versions, these valves are perfect for demanding applications in chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, and water treatment.
